Description: A Lager Brewed with 100% beechwood smoked pils malt (malt smoked in Bamberg, Germany). Pale golden in color, and lightly hopped, this lager is a showcase of the smoked malt, with a great smoked biscuit boquet and a smokey honey taste. Ingredients: Malt: Wyermann Smoked Malt Hops: German Tradition Yeast: Danish Lager Gravity: 1.060 - 1.010 ABV: 6.5%

Description: A deep copper colored ale with a substantial malt backbone accented with British crystal malts with aggressive hop bitterness and substantial American hop flavor and aroma. The yeast profile is neutral.
Ingredients: Malt: Rahr special pale, Simpsons 30-37, Crisp 45 Hops: Sorachi Ace, Galena, CTZ, Palisades Yeast: California Ale Gravity: 1.054 - 1.011 ABV: 6.3%
