Well it has been a hectic time here. Plumbing and electrical work and such. But the Coldbox is is nearly complete. The pics here are from the early stages of construction. Hopefully we will be able to get a few more along soon.

     July News - Fermenters

This week we received our fermenters and coldbox. Unfortunately the coldbox is a bit bigger then the entrance to the brewery(DOH!) but we should be able to fit it in with some work. And here are some pics of the fermenters being unloaded.

     July News - Mock Install

We received our conditioning tanks today from Maryland(aren't they pretty!). But it was quite an effort to unload them, but it was worth it!

We are getting ready to lay the plumbing and the coldbox should be here in a month or so.
